How to make great raw almond milk come from the love with in us all.
Soak 2 cups of almonds for 10 hours if you can filter the water out at least once after 5 hours.
In you blender start with 4 cups of fresh water and blend almonds with your great Blendtec blender or best copy there of (blendtec has the best blenders!)
In a large bowl pour your nut milk into nut milk bag then also add 4 more cups of water. Keep squeezing your nut milk bag until you have squeezed your nut milk dry. Save your pulp from the almond milk. Either freeze or dehydrate. I use almond flour for many of my recipes. I make almond milk ice cream a lot.
You can use any kind of nut or seed and sweeten with dates, agave, pure maple syrup, honey, stevia. Play with it and do it how you like it.
