 Your pH level is one of the most important things in your life!  Most of us go though life not knowing what pH even means, non the less understanding how to control it to better our health.  Please take interest in your health and start to pay attention to what you eat!

 PH-chart values

At a pH slightly above 7.4 cancer cells become dormant and at pH 8.5 cancer cells will die while healthy cells will live!

 

Also note what we do in our day to day living changes our pH level like taking a hot shower compared to a cold one.  My heart broke when I found out that my long steamy showers actually is cancer causing since it makes my pH level go down!  That is right a hot shower is acidic to the body while a cold shower is alkaline :)  Sorry:)
