What is PH LEVEL and how does it effect me

Everyone is always asking how can I better my health?  What causes my health to go bad?  How can I get healthier?  Well one of our major scientific explanations of sickness is our PH level!  Sickness cannot survive in an alkaline environment!

ph-chart of values of ph level

pH Balance

The pH scale is from 0 to 14, pure water is at a PH around 7 neutral. Below 7 is considered acidic and numbers above 7 alkaline. Your blood plasma needs to maintain a pH of 7.35 to 7.45 for your cells to fuction properly.
